New 170m2 country house that we have just acquired. It has a kitchen with a spacious open living room, facing a large garden. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor with 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a balcony and 1 bathroom. There is also an inflatable bed for 2 people. This house is availabe for maximum 10 people to sleep. There is a spa intex for 6 persons This house is located 50 minutes from Paris by train (line N) and 30 minutes by car. The kitchen is equipped with dishes (for 10 people), 2 pans, 2 stoves, a fridge with a freezer , an oven, a microwave, 2 hotplates and a table for 10 persons. There are 12 chairs. 4 beds are available and an inflatable mattress, linen is provided with shampoo and shower gel. There is also a wahsing machine and an airer. There is a intex spa for 6 persons 2 places are available to park at the entrance. We will be there to welcome you ! If you want to put some music or install some materials we have to be warned before. We invite you to leave the balneo spa in a clean condition, otherwise 200 euro will be deducted from your deposit.
