You have a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (ideal for professional cooking lessons - two nespresso coffee makers available). A dining table is available for 12 persons. In winter, it is possible to build a fireplace by following the instructions. There are 2 TVs available. There are 4 rooms available for 6-8 persons: - 2 communicating children's rooms. - 1 master bedroom with a bathroom (bath and toilet) accessible by a small ladder. - 1 bedroom with two single beds. There is a toilet and an additional shower room available. As an option, a small motor boat is available for 5 people with a skipper to organize trips in Paris (6 people maximum on the boat). It is also possible to rent a paddle board. You have parking available in front of the barge.
